 Placement Activities

In today's globally competitive environment, corporate seek the employable students with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Our placement activities aim to match the requirement of the recruiters and fulfill the aspirations of the students as well. The Placement cell of KMS co-ordinates with the corporate sector and provides infrastructure to facilitate the campus recruitment drive. It also encourages the students of KMS to take leadership roles in various placement related activities. The objectives of Placement cell are as under:

•  To facilitate placing students in industries for the internship programme of two months.
•  To assist students in their final placement by inviting reputed industrial houses to participate in our campus recruitment process.
•  To identify the requirement gaps by carrying out training need analysis of the students and accordingly groom the students to meet the industry requirement.
•  To provide the unique service of customized resume development according to the core competencies and areas of interest of students.

 Summer Internship

The summer internship programme of two months intends to provide the students an exposure to real life situations wherein they can develop various skills like decision making, analytical, technical, interpersonal, leadership, negotiation etc. This in turn will also help the institute to build a long term relationship with the present and prospective recruiters.

 Final Placement

The campus recruitment programme aims to meet the increasing demands of the corporate houses by providing human resources as and when required.
